My Background…

I am a first generation American, born to Portuguese immigrants, that was raised in New Jersey, USA. I have an insatiable curiosity & adventurer’s spirit, and that lead me down a path in search for a purposeful life in my 20’s. As a result of that initial exploration, I started a retreat travel company that focused on transformational vacation experiences. Combining my undergraduate studies in Psychology and experiences gained from living in bucket list destinations, the purpose of this travel company was to share memories through self-expanding travel, adventures, yoga/meditation, and volunteer projects. The organization was 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization called World Travelers Association, and it was an amazing journey growing this community.

In 2019, after a decade of nomadic travel, I settled in my mother country of Portugal, and simultaneously began graduate studies. I currently hold a Masters of Science (MSc) in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology with a research focus on Psychedelic Integration & Transformation. Since completing my degree I have been supporting clients through their psychedelic exploration, inner work, and transformative journeys. Connecting, experiencing, and growing has been my life’s goal and vision, and I strive to support others in their own connection to the inner world.
